Welcome to Natural Wellness

Six different fresh herbs on a white background.

Natural wellness doesn't have to be complicated.

Welcome to Natural Wellness, where we're learning practical ways to support our everyday well-being—one healthy habit at a time.

Sometimes it's about getting back to the basics—what we eat, how we move, how we rest, what we put into our bodies, and understanding the natural resources around us.

What We Teach

🌿 Herbs 101: What herbs are, common herbs, traditional uses, preparation & safety

💧 Back to the Basics: Water, sleep, movement, sunlight/outdoor time, stress management

🫖 Natural Wellness at Home: Herbal teas, infused waters, spices, simple wellness routines

🧠 Know Before You Try It: “Natural” doesn't always mean safe, interactions, misinformation & when to ask a professional environment.

What are herbs?

Herbs are plants or parts of plants that people use for food, flavor, tea, and traditional wellness practices. Depending on the plant, people may use the leaves, roots, flowers, seeds, or other parts.

Common herbs & plants you may already know:
Ginger • Turmeric • Peppermint • Chamomile • Garlic • Cinnamon • Rosemary • Thyme • Hibiscus

Traditional uses:
For generations, different cultures have used herbs for things like digestive comfort, relaxation, cooking, soothing minor symptoms, and general wellness. Traditional use doesn't automatically mean a benefit has been scientifically proven.

How are herbs prepared?
They can be used in several simple ways: brewed as tea, added to food, steeped in water, used fresh or dried, or made into powders and extracts.

Safety first:
🌿 Natural doesn't always mean safe for everyone. Herbs can cause side effects, allergies, or interact with medications. Concentrated supplements and extracts can also be very different from using small amounts of an herb in food or tea.

Natural Wellness: Bringing It All Together

Natural wellness isn't about changing your entire life overnight or filling your cabinets with herbs and supplements.

It's about getting back to the basics—staying hydrated, getting enough rest, moving your body, nourishing yourself, managing stress, spending time outdoors, and staying connected.

Herbs, teas, spices, and other natural options can be another part of your wellness routine, but the key is understanding what you're using, why you're using it, and how to use it safely.

Start small. Learn your body. Build healthy habits you can actually maintain.

🌿 Natural wellness isn't about doing everything—it's about making better choices, one habit at a time.

What if better wellness didn’t start with buying more—

but w/understanding how to use what nature already gives us?

For only $2.99, this beginner-friendly guide gives you practical herbs, teas, everyday uses, safety tips, and simple wellness habits you can start TODAY—without the hype, confusion, or expensive routine.
